No snags with spray-on stocking

As Lanette Akasaki of Wai'alae-Kahala spritzed and stroked the fluffy-looking stuff onto her legs, a small crowd gathered and the locker room was all abuzz.
Akasaki fired back the answers: "It's Air Stocking. I've used it six times now. ... I like it because it's fast and convenient, and it's always in my locker bag. And, no, it doesn't rub off on my clothes, and it lasts from morning to evening." In fact, it won't come off without soap and a good scrub.
Trish Shornstein of Niu Valley piped in: "I want to have something on my legs to give me a more refined look than a naked leg. It hides some of the flaws the way pantyhose do, but it feels so much better."
Air Stocking Premier Silk is a makeup foundation for legs that's made in Japan. It is waterproof, has moisturizing properties and contains sun protection, though the maker does not attach a number to the sun protection factor. The product covers pores, blotches and unsightly veins, and can help skin tone to look more even.
And the stuff lasts. Shornstein said she was shaving her legs several days after applying Air Stocking and "it was still on my legs."
Air Stocking is sold at Neiman Marcus and Sephora for $28.
It comes in three shades (natural, terra cotta and bronze) and lasts for about 12 to 20 applications.
"What is that?" "Whoa! It looks exactly like pantyhose!" "Does it smear on your clothes?" "How long will it last?"
