Pasha selects San Diego port

Pasha Hawaii Transport Lines said yesterday that it has selected the Port of San Diego as the home port for the MV Jean Anne, a 579-foot roll-on/roll-off car and truck carrier vessel. Under final construction in Pascagoula, Miss., the Jean Anne is expected to arrive at Pasha's automotive processing facility in San Diego in March 2005 to begin fortnightly service to Honolulu, Hilo, Kahului and Nawiliwili.
Actus Lend Lease LLC will break ground today at Schofield Barracks on its family housing privatization project.
Napa, Calif.-based Actus was selected in August 2003 to modernize and maintain 7,800 Army housing units on O'ahu for the next 50 years.
Kraft Foods hired The Harris Agency to market its products in Hawai'i and Alaska. The Honolulu-based advertising company recently acquired Studio Ignition Inc., a graphic design company, which will be used on the Kraft account.
