UH's Wallace will be at practice

University of Hawai'i men's basketball coach Riley Wallace was released from Kaiser Medical Center yesterday, and said he will return to practice today.
Wallace underwent a successful angioplasty Wednesday to improve the blood flow to his heart.
"Everything's been cleared by the doctors, so I'm good to go," said Wallace, 63. "I feel fine."
Hawai'i associate coach Bob Nash was in charge of the two practices that Wallace missed this week.
The Rainbow Warriors are 5-0 and preparing to play Long Beach State on the opening night of the 41st annual Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic on Monday.
Rainbow Wahine Kai 2nd team all-region
University of Hawai'i junior forward Natasha Kai was named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America/adidas All-West Region second team.
It is the third all-region selection for Kai, who was selected to the Soccer Buzz All-West Region first teams in 2002 and 2003.
Kai led the Rainbow Wahine with 12 goals and five assists for 29 points this season.
The Men's Island Soccer Organization (MISO) championships are Sunday, with perennial league leaders HPU White playing Lanikai Tuesday for the Division I Championship at 3 p.m. at the Waipi'o Peninsula Soccer Stadium.
Watson Properties takes on Kamikaze for the Division II championship starting at 1 p.m. Sunday.
Admission is free for the MISO games, which feature several current and former college players and is considered the most competitive soccer league for adult male players in Hawai'i.
