It's 'convoluted,' but catch 'Seussical' finale
Sure, our very own theater critic called it "colorful but convoluted." And the bulk of its plot revolves around the unrequited love between an elephant and a bird. But "Seussical" (yes, it's a musical) also features appearances by Dr. Suess, the Cat In The Hat and the Grinch. And Monty Python resident song-and-dance man Eric Idle had at least a little something to do with the music.
Why should you catch it tonight? Because "Seussical's" last Diamond Head Theatre show is set for 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $12 to $42 general admission. Discounts are available. Call 733-0274.
