FRUTO IBANEZ, 78, of Kapa'a, Kaua'i, died Dec. 18, 2004. Born in Banna, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Kaua'i County landscaper. Survived by wife, Pacita; children, Villamor, Roosevelt, Amorsula and Maria; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Antonia Chua and Anita Sugi. DOROTHY CHIEKO NAKAO ISHIKURO, 71, of Honoka'a, Hawai'i, died Dec. 24, 2004. Born in Kapulena, Hawai'i. T. Kaneshiro Store kitchen manager; former branch manager, AVCO Financial Services; and treasurer and former president, Honoka'a Buddhist Women's Association. Survived by husband, Bob; son, Laine; daughter, Lynn Richards; brothers, James and Richard Nakao; sister, Betty Nakano; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. AUDREY (KAWAINUI) KALAHIKI, 70, of Santa Cruz, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, died Dec. 12, 2004. Born in Honolulu. A longtime Plantronics service center assistant. Survived by daughters, Ernestine Kalahiki-Weller, Barbara Swasey and Kathleen Kalahiki-Mills; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Bernice Poaha and Wallace Garcia; brothers, James and Eugene Kawainui, and Charlie Nee. HENRIETTA LAHAPA AH MOI YUEN KAPUNIAI, 88, of Papakolea, died Nov. 10, 2004. Survived by sons, N.
