SEMERI SAFUE ULUFALE, 46, of Wai'anae, died Jan. 22, 2004. TALITIGA "TALI" SAFUE ULUFALE, 44, of Kahului, Maui, died Jan. 21, 2004. Both were born in American Samoa. Semeri, also known as "Suicide Sam," was a University of Hawai'i football player 1977 to 1981. Talitiga received the Highest Citizens Award in 1995. Both are survived by mother, Lepaoa; brothers, Safue, Atapana, Toetu, Tino and Mike; and sisters, Silupe Togia, Sene Farani, Solomuli "Sally" Noa, Silupe Solo, Tausali Ulufale and Tiapepe Ulufale-Middleton. Semeri also is survived by fiancŽe, Francine Paaluhi; former companion, Naomi Machado; sons, Chris-Jordon "Ulu Boy," Ashton-Jared, Semeri and Angel; hanai parents, T.
