Aikido

Archery

• Through February — C.H.A.M.P.S. basketball clinic — featuring former UH Rainbows Artie Wilson, Tim Shepherd, Mike Gilless. For boys and girls ages pre-K to eighth grade, every Saturday in February at Holy Nativity Gym. Fee: $80. Information: 396-8591.



Cheerleading

Karate

• Through February — Beginning classes. Hawai'i Shotokan Karate will start a three-month beginner course in karate the first week of February at dojos in Manoa, Kane'ohe, 'Aiea and Kaimuki in the evenings. Volleyball

• Feb. 13-15 — Two-person Dinosaur Beach Tournament. At Keauhou Bay, Kona, from 9 a.m. to dark. Evenings at Coconut Grove Marketplace. Male participants must be at least 80 years of age and female participants at least 70 years of age. Fee: $60 per team. Information: David (808) 326-7588.



Yoga

On the last Friday of every month, The Advertiser will publish a list of outdoor/recreational events for the upcoming month. Recreational activities for the month of February include the Great Aloha Run (Feb. 16) and the O'ahu Perimeter Relay (Feb. 28-29).
