YUKICHI RAYMOND ARAKAWA, 88, of Honolulu, died Jan. 30, 2004. Born in Pu'unene, Maui. One of the original founders of City Bank; retired sales representative of Sexauer. Survived by son, Reginald; daughters, Pam Yoshida and Renee Iwamura; brothers, Yusei, Paul, Wally and Atlas; sisters, Tsuruko Tamanaha, Alice Oshiro, Florence Miyano, Doris Toda and Joyce Nakamura; two grandchildren. Service 5 p.m. Wednesday at Diamond Head Mortuary. No flowers. Casual attire. Arrangements by Nuuanu Mortuary.

ROSE LEINANAI CHOW HOY, 92, of 'Aiea, died Jan. 25, 2004. Born in Papa'ikou, Hawai'i. Educator with the Department of Education. Survived by brother, Thomas; sisters, Margaret Chong and Amy Nielson. EDWARD G. CLEMENT, 84, of Honolulu, died Jan. 28, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Retired from the Department of the Navy, Pearl Harbor Shipyard. Survived by sister, Victoria Machado; nieces and nephews. Visitation from 10 a.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary; service 11 a.m. Private burial. Casual attire.

YOSHIO HARADA, 75, of Honolulu, died Jan. 23, 2004. Born in Lahaina, Maui. A land surveyor retired from M & E Pacific Inc. GEORGE B. NAKI, 70, of Pearl City, died Feb. 4, 2004. Born in Honolulu. Retired Army & Air Force Exchange Service store manager. KIKUYO SAIKI, 100, of Waipahu, died Feb. 2, 2004. Born in Kapa'a, Kaua'i. Member of Waipahu Hongwanji Kyodan and Fujinkai. ILENA MAIJA SARIO, also known as MAIJA JOHNSON, 62, of Wai'anae, died Jan. 13, 2004. Born in Finland. A landscape architect. Survived by husband, James Aweau Sr.; father, Leo Sario; brother, Markku Sario; sister, Liisa Van Duyts.
