Ivy Yi and Summer Nakasato each won two individual events and were part of a winning relay team as Kalani edged Kalaheo for the O'ahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division Swimming and Diving Championship yesterday at Kalani.

Kalani won the 12-event meet with 99 points, while Kalaheo finished with 97.

Yi won the 200-yard individual medley (2:22.10) and 50 freestyle (25.49). Nakasato won the 100 butterfly (1:02.85) and 100 backstroke (1:05.10).

They were also part of the winning 200 freestyle relay team (1:47.73) with Jenna Nakamoto and Jennifer Noborikawa.

The Kaiser boys finished with 161 points with Roosevelt finishing second with 88.

Michael Doe won the one-meter diving event (359.25 points), Evan Duffin-Barnes won the 200 freestyle (1:44.75) and Yusuke Kobayashi captured the 100 backstroke (1:58.60).

The Cougars also won three relay events — 200 medley (1:50.96), 200 freestyle (1:33.05) and 400 freestyle (3:33.74).

SOCCER

• Iolani wins ILH boys title: Dyrk Teremae scored two goals and Chris Faulkner, Scott Perske and Lee Anderson each scored one to lead Iolani's boys to a 5-0 victory over Hawai'i Baptist yesterday, clinching the Interscholastic League of Honolulu championship for the Raiders.

Iolani finished 9-0-3, with 30 championship points (three points for a win, one for a tie). Punahou (9-3-1) finished second with 28 points and will receive the league's other state tournament berth.
