Tonight's Must-See
"Las Vegas," 8 p.m., NBC; "Single in Vegas" debut, 5, 8 p.m., WE: Women's Entertainment. Fast and flashy "Las Vegas" is a ratings success. Tonight, Jean-Claude Van Damme plays himself, filming a dangerous movie scene. Delinda (Molly Sims) promptly falls for him; a sudden surprise follows. The opener of "Single In Vegas" is far more depressing than previous rounds in New York and Los Angeles. The low moment involves a young divorce lawyer. She's increasingly smitten with a handsome, clever bartender; they kiss and she gives him her number. A few days later, she says she rejected his calls because he's a mere bartender. She and others give Las Vegas a sad, shallow image.
