Tonight's Must-See

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. This is Phoebe and Mike's wedding day, but don't expect anything to work smoothly. Deliveries go awry, a blizzard arrives, and Monica becomes so controlling that she's fired as the wedding planner.

"Frontline: Beyond Baghdad," 9 p.m. and midnight, PBS. The idea began, reporter Martin Smith says, with comments by Ambassador L. Paul Bremer. "I was told ... we weren't doing a good job as press getting outside of Baghdad and looking at all the good stories around Iraq." So he traveled the country. The good news, he said, was "The American military ... impressed me to no end." The bad news involves the unending tangles of people fighting each other.
