University of Hawai'i Rainbow Wahine basketball coach Vince Goo, the school's winningest basketball coach, is retiring at the end of the season.

Goo, who is 331-162, confirmed his impending departure. He said the school is scheduled to make an announcement this morning.

Goo, 57, is in his 20th season at UH, 17 as the Wahine's head coach.

The Wahine are suffering through their worst season in his tenure at 5-16. They have six regular season games and the Western Athletic Conference Tournament remaining.
