SPC. JASON J. BORDWELL, 22, of Wahiawa, formerly of Rotterdam, N.Y., died Feb. 13, 2004. Born in Rotterdam, N.Y. Member of the 125th Signal Battalion stationed in Hawai'i. CIPRIANO CABICO, 92, of Kaunakakai, Moloka'i, died Feb. 9, 2004. Born in the Philippines.
