UH-USF baseball game rained out

Last night's baseball series opener between San Francisco and Hawai'i was postponed because of rain.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader today at 1 p.m. The second game will start 30 minutes after the end of the opener. Both games will be nine innings.
Tickets from last night's game will be honored at today's doubleheader. However, people purchasing a ticket today will have precedent for the seat should that one be the same as someone using a Friday ticket, UH officials said. This applies for when the second game starts.
The 8-5 Rainbows are trying to extend their seven-game win streak. The Dons are 3-6.
Ricky Bauer (3-1, 2.42) is slated to pitch today's opener with Stephen Bryant (1-0, 2.21) in the second game for the Rainbows.
Clary Carlsen (2-2, 3.70) is slated for tomorrow. If needed in relief today, he would be limited to only one of the games, UH coach Mike Trapasso said. If Carlsen's pitch count is fewer than 30 pitches in relief today, he still would be able to start tomorrow, Trapasso said.
Because rain is in the forecast for today, Trapasso said he hopes to get in at least one game. If necessary, a doubleheader would be played tomorrow.
