TERUO IHARA, 85, of Honolulu, died Dec. 23, 2003. Born in Mountain View, Hawai'i. Retired professor at the University of Hawai'i College of Education; veteran of 442nd Regimental Combat Team. Survived by wife, Violet; son, Michael; daughters, Miriam "Lei" Tocman and Carol Lum; three grandchildren; brother, Les Sr.; sisters, Shigeko Monden, Yukie Tanaka, Eileen Awai and Gere Mimaki.
