Weddings

Lori Young, daughter of Harvey and Ginny Young of Hawai'i Kai, and Kevin Lee Timmons, son of Elizabeth Timmons of Chicago and the late Frank Timmons, were married April 27 at the First Chinese Church of Christ. The reception followed at the Halekulani Hotel. The bride (Kaiser High School, University of Hawai'i-Manoa bachelor's), now Lori Timmons, formerly of Hawai'i Kai, is an account executive at Sprint Corp. The groom (University of Illinois bachelor's), formerly of Mount Pulaski, Ill., is senior director of operations at Yahoo! They live in Saratoga, Calif.

Maria Liza Santos Rabang, daughter of Lorenzo and Zenaida Rabang of Kalihi, and Bryan Miranda Yucoco, son of Benjamin and Andrea Yucoco of Waipahu, were married July 26 at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace. A reception followed at the Sheraton Moana Surfrider. The bride (Sacred Hearts Academy, Hawai'i Pacific University bachelor's), now Maria Liza S.R. Yucoco, is a graduate student at HPU and an alumni relations development coordinator. The groom (Moanalua High School, University of Hawai'i-Manoa bachelor's, University of Phoenix MBA) is an account executive. They live in Honolulu.
