Man charged in Nov. 8 robbery

A 44-year-old man has been charged with robbing a woman of her backpack Nov. 8 and leaving her tied to a tree outside Kailua.

Anthony Funn is charged with second-degree robbery and kidnapping. Funn was arrested Saturday in a parking lot at 511 Wailepo St. and was identified by the victim. He was charged Sunday. Bail was set at $50,000.

Kathleen Souza was charged Nov. 17 with robbery and kidnapping in the same case.
