HPD promotions announced

Honolulu police Chief Lee Donohue today announced the promotions of one captain and four lieutenants.Capt. Janna Mizuo is the Communications Division’s new executive officer.
The four lieutenants are Robert Cravalho, Gerald Kaneshiro, Dan Kwon and Richard Robinson.
Other uniformed officer promotions:
• Sergeant: Michael Arnone and Chad Ikezawa.
• Detective: Avery Choy, James Kinney, James Maurer, James Nobriga, Gregory Obara, Ursula Ortiz-Namoca and Eric Tamura.
• Metropolitan II (corporal): Ronpaul Aea, Sean Asato, Collin Chung, Jesse Flores Jr., Dennis Higa, Frances Hill, Eliot Huihui, Christopher Johnson, Leonardo Juarez, Ronald Lopes, John Loring Jr., Ricardo Manning, Edward Michael, John Ramos, Patrick Romero, Kurt Takahashi, James Udani, Laine Yamakawa and Ryan Yoshino.
