O'ahu gas price falls below $2

The average price of a gallon of regular gasoline on O'ahu fell below $2 a gallon yesterday to $1.999, according to the AAA road club. That's slightly below Wednesday's $2 average. The price a year ago was $1.719.

The statewide average, which has been at or above $2 a gallon since March of last year, was $2.064 yesterday, up from $2.059.
