JACK WILBUR O'BRIEN, 83, of Fullerton, Calif., formerly of Pasadena, Calif., and Honolulu, died Jan. 6, 2004. Born in Lordsburg, N.M. An Army Air Corps decorated B-24 bomber pilot, captain and squadron commander; and former Coconut Island pilot rest and recuperation facility commanding officer. TAKEO OGATA, 80, of Honolulu, died Jan. 7, 2004. Born in Fukushima, Japan. Retired electrician for AA Electric.
