Weekly Thoughts

We often say of a person, "He has a thick skin." It can mean he is an insensitive person, indifferent to the feelings of others. How thick is your skin? If you go through life with a thick skin and a blunted heart, you will be shut out from life's finest adventures in human relationships. You must sharpen your sensitivity and imagination so that the hurts and sorrows of others will become your own.
