During the holidays, Gest was interviewed and taped by NBC-TV's "Dateline" show, with anchor Stone Phillips accompanying him at two New Year's Eve events by David Gest Productions at the Blaisdell Arena and the Kahala Mandarin Oriental Hotel.
The air date has not been announced but it will be during the February sweeps.
Interviewer Phillips and the "Dateline" crews watched as Gest received painful shots in the eyebrows, front and back of ears, forehead, head and neck, according to Gest's publicist. The treatment are under supervision of Hawai'i neurologist Dr. Leo Maher, who said through Gest's publicist that "nobody could possibly fake this intensive and thoroughly devastating treatment."
Gest is suing Minnelli for $10 million.
