The University of Hawai'i men’s volleyball team, idle since Jan. 18, remain at No. 4 in this week’s USA Today/American Volleyball Coaches Association top-15 poll, which was announced today.

No. 1 Pepperdine (5-0), No. 2 Long Beach State (7-1) and No. 3 UCLA (6-1) also retained their position in the rankings.

UH’s opponent tomorrow, UC San Diego, broke into the poll at No. 15. The Tritons are 4-2, having won three in a row.

UH coach Mike Wilton also announced that middle blocker Mauli'a LaBarre, who was demoted to second team for yesterday’s practice, is back in the starting lineup. LaBarre and Joshua Stanhiser are expected to start at the two middle positions tomorrow.
