High school cornerback commits to UH

The University of Hawai'i football team has received a verbal commitment from a multi-talented high school player from California.
Matt Kirschner, who is 5 feet 10 and 175 pounds, led the Delphic Conference in rushing with 1,652 yards and 17 touchdowns.
He also had a league-high five interceptions.
Kirschner is expected to play as a cornerback for the Warriors.
