"Two Skinny Chefs," with hosts Beth-Ann Nishijima of Nori's Restaurant in Hilo and Chai Chaowasaree of Chai's Island Bistro and Singha Thai Cuisine in Honolulu; new TV series of cooking tips, seasonal cooking and travel to popular dining spots and entertainment in Hawai'i and on the Mainland, 6:30 p.m. Saturdays on KGMB, re-telecast at 4 p.m. Sundays. 585-0011.

"Gourmet Cooking Hawaii," series of classes at fine restaurants, with executive chefs who teach the preparation of an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert, plus tastings of wines appropriate for each dish.
