Paliku Theatre will hold auditions for five men and four women for the April 16-May 2 production of Michael Frayn's "Noises Off," 7 p.m. Feb. 18 and 19, Paliku Theatre, Windward Community College. Rehearsals will be held Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 235-7330.

Jeff Easten, executive producer for pilot of "Pearl City," a police drama, announces casting call for speaking and nonspeaking parts. Hawaii Stars announces open auditions for tapings to begin April 1. First audition is 6-8:30 p.m. today, registration begins at 5 p.m., Ala Moana Centerstage. Additional auditions will be held through March 6 at various times and locations. 235-2484.

Hamakua Music Festival announces open competition for music students ages 14-19 to win a financial scholarship award which may be used for lessons, workshops and camps to further the student's musical education and training.
