Brandi Peiler pitched a two-hit shutout and Noe Ho'opii hit a two-run homer as Kamehameha routed Sacred Hearts, 16-0, yesterday to capture the Interscholastic League of Honolulu title.
It was the third consecutive championship for the Warriors (12-0-1), who earned one of the two ILH berths in the state tournament.
Shelby Ford drove in three runs for the Warriors in the game called after five innings because of the league's 10-run mercy rule.

OIA WHITE PLAYOFFS
Kalaheo 5, Nanakuli 4: Jessica Ngirblekuu's two-run double with no outs in the bottom of the seventh inning lifted host Kalaheo over Nanakuli yesterday in an O'ahu Interscholastic Association White (Division II) semifinal playoff game at Aikahi Playground field.
Kalaheo will play 'Aiea today for the title at 3:30 p.m. at Mililani

'Aiea 13, Kalani 0: Ashley Sato tossed a five-inning, three-hit shutout, and also had three hits to lead the host Na Ali'i past the Falcons in an OIA White playoff semifinal. The game was called after 4 1/2 innings because of the league's 10-run mercy rule.
