Devin Anne Choy, 14, shows off a 9-pound catfish she caught at the Nu'uanu Reservoir. It was just her second fishing trip, says her father, Arthur Choy. "She was really happy because she beat the brother out," Arthur says, referring to 21-year-old Peter. "He (Peter) gave up."
