Tonight's Must-See

"The Tracy Morgan Show," 7 p.m., NBC. Tonight's episode focuses on the kids' science fair. Tracy and colleagues create an elaborate exhibit for Jimmy, then scramble to explain it to him. Meanwhile, Derrick's exhibit studies bacteria at home.

Of Note

"Samurai Sportsman" debut, 4:30, 7:30 p.m., Outdoor Life Network. Yoshi — he uses only one name — was born in Japan and has studied classical martial arts, swordsmanship, dance and acting. Now he has an odd show, as he claims to learn from experts. The episode we saw (fishing with Bill Dance) had contrived moments but was still fun.

"Whoopi," 7:30 p.m., NBC. Here's a rerun of the episode in which Mavis is fined for smoking in her hotel. Nasim also gets an unfair fine, but he's afraid to go to court.

"Super Bowl's Greatest Commercials," 8 p.m., CBS. The commercials really have become stars of Super Bowl weekend. This special shows ones from the past.

"Law & Order," 8 p.m., NBC. After a carjacking, cops hustle to prevent a SARS epidemic.

"Monk," 9 p.m., ABC. A circus ringmaster has been killed in this rerun.

"Saturday Night Live," 10:30 p.m., NBC. Alec Baldwin hosts with Missy Elliott as the musical guest.
