Portland's roster, which was released yesterday, lists first-round picks, Sebastian Telfair and Viktor Khryapa, and second-round pick Seung-Jin Ha, a 7-foot-3 center from South Korea.

Last month, the Trail Blazers asked Kuebler, who completed his UH eligibility in March and was not picked in the two-round NBA draft June 24, to work out at the team's facilities.

The 6-foot-5 Kuebler, an academic All-American, led the Rainbows with an 18.1-scoring average. He was raised in Salem, Ore.
