Watumull seeks Campbell parcel

Watumull Properties Corp. said yesterday it will purchase a 12.1-acre parcel of land and buildings in Campbell Industrial Park from Mutual Welding Co.

The purchase price was not disclosed. The property includes a 62,000-square-foot warehouse and an open-sided shop building that will be enclosed to provide a total of 255,000 square feet of warehouse space. It would be the largest industrial facility under one roof in West O'ahu, according to Watumull, which plans to lease space in the building to manufacturing and distribution companies.
