"Before Sunset": Nine years after the wonderful "Before Sunrise," Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy return to the characters of Jesse and Celine, who met in Vienna and talked and walked for hours, and promised to meet again in six months. Opens tomorrow at Dole Cannery 18 Theatres. (R)
