ARLENE JAMI JACKSON, 60, of Klamath Falls, Ore., died July 8, 2004. Waikiki jazz singer during the 1950s and '60s. Also sang in New York, Chicago and San Francisco. Later a social worker active with her Klamath Native American tribe. Survived by son, Garrick and many other family members and friends.
