She takes backseat to no one, including Wie

Former University of Arizona star and Curtis Cup member Erica Blasberg won in her second event as a professional, closing with a 2-under 70 Sunday for a two-stroke victory in the Laconia Savings Bank Futures Golf Classic in New Hampshire.

Blasberg was a teammate of 14-year-old star Michelle Wie in helping the United States beat Britain and Ireland. "Michelle got tons of press and she's deserving," said Blasberg, who left Arizona after her sophomore year. "But I definitely felt my game wasn't second to anybody on that team."
