'Ukulele festival attracts crowd at Kapi'olani Park

| The Twinklers, a group of beginning 'ukulele players, performed for a large crowd of parents and other admirers at the 34th annual 'Ukulele Festival yesterday at the Kapi'olani Park bandstand.
