• Robert Clarke, chairman, president and chief executive of Hawaiian Electric Industries, exercised 63,964 stock options for a market value of $1.66 million at an average price of $26.02 per share, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Clarke's cost was $739,600. He became fully vested for the options in April. An item in the Business brief posted Saturday contained incorrect information.

• The 27th Infantry Regiment Wolfhounds from Schofield Barracks began hosting visits to Hawai'i by orphans from the Holy Family Home in Japan in 1957. The year was incorrect in a Local News story posted Friday.
