State’s average gasoline price $2.36

The average price for regular gasoline statewide rose nearly 2 cents to a record $2.36 a gallon, according to a survey released today by AAA travel club.The state average for regular is now nearly 20 cents a gallon higher than one month ago.
In Honolulu, Wailuku, Maui, and Hilo, Hawai'i, the average for regular remained just below record levels.
