Serious about koi
Fish owners will be carping and raving, about the secrets of raising good koi.
It's time for the Associated Koi Clubs of America's 23rd annual koi convention and seminar, hosted by the Hawaii Goldfish and Carp Association. Seminar topics include koi health, nutrition, judging and selection, and breeders will bring fish in from Japan and give tips to koi hobbyists. Participants also can attend a tour of local koi ponds.
For seminar or vendor registration, contact Koi Club chairman Leroy Taba at 247-5222 or e-mail lstaba@verizon.net or www.akcahawaii.org.
