Tonight's Must-See
"The Restaurant" finale, 7 p.m., NBC. After breaking viewers' trust by pulling this reality show from its Monday slot at the last moment, NBC is semi-compensating. Last Saturday, it aired two of the missing hours. Tonight, it has the final one, with the restaurant's owners charismatic chef Rocco DiSpirito and financier Jeffrey Chodorow in full conflict. Chodorow has gone to Miami, where he might hire a former boxer as his chef. DiSpirito continues to use the wood-burning stove for pizzas, despite the fact that two fires have erupted because of it. A security guard is posted to stop him. The two unflinching forces have what may be a final showdown.
