UH will offer 'family zone' seating

Advertiser Staff

The University of Hawai'i has created an alcohol-free "family zone" for Warrior football games at Aloha Stadium this coming season.

The school has reserved approximately 450 end-line seats in the lower (orange) level on the north side. The zone will feature activities, prize giveaways and contests for kids.

"We're very pleased to be able to offer this family-oriented game experience to our football fans," UH athletic director Herman Frazier said in a news release. "This will allow individuals the option to sit in a non-alcohol atmosphere and enjoy fun-filled activities geared toward kids."

Season tickets in the family zone are priced at $99 for adults, $87 for senior citizens and $77 for ages 4 through high school. A premium fee will not be assessed.

Season tickets are on sale beginning June 14, and may be purchased by calling 944-2697 or going to the UH Web site at www.hawaiiathletics.com.
