Higa named classified ad director

"It is a great source of pride for The Advertiser that the best person to fill this very demanding position was already on our staff and is eager to tackle this opportunity," said Mike Fisch, president and publisher of The Advertiser.
Higa is a graduate of Damien Memorial High School and the University of Denver. He joined The Advertiser in 2002.
