Brief cameo spot on 'North Shore' for Jasmine

Jonesing for Jasmine? Take heart — Hawai'i's favorite "American Idol" finalist Jasmine Trias has filmed a brief cameo for the new Fox drama "North Shore," which has been shooting on O'ahu.

The show will premiere on Monday at 8 p.m. on Fox. A special advance screening of the pilot is set for 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Sunset on the Beach in Waikuku.

Executive producer Bert Salke said Trias will appear as herself in the fourth episode of the series. Cameos are also being planned for actor Harry Hamlin and boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
