The Japan/Hawaii Cultural Art Exchange Program will accept oil and water color painting, prints, ceramics and sculptures for the second annual exchange exhibition scheduled for Oct. 17-22 at the Blaisdell Center. Cinema Paradise accepting preview films in VHS format in a variety of categories including dramatic, documentary and animation which were completed in or after January 2003 for the September festival.
