Woman killed in Big Island crash

A woman was killed and two men injured on the Big Island yesterday after a car they were riding in flipped over, Hawai'i County Firefighters said.

Firefighters responded to the call at 9:38 a.m. yesterday and found a sedan on its roof at the 21-mile marker on Highway 190 in Waikoloa.

A 26-year-old woman died at the scene, firefighters said. Two men, ages 24 and 28, were taken to the North Hawai'i Community Hospital in serious condition.
