Services set for father killed in Windward crash

Services have been set for Wesley-Allen Namakaokalani Purdy, 42, the Kane'ohe single father of six who was killed June 14 in a head-on crash near Crouching Lion.

He was a state maintenance worker. Survived by sons, Gavin, Bryson, Austin and Mickey; daughters, Sara-Sue and Mary; mother, Leilani; brother, Rocwell Kaulia; sisters, Lee Ann Kaulia and Jodine Kahala; grandmother, Dorothy Kaleikini.

Visitation 2 p.m. tomorrow at First Assembly of God, Red Hill; service 3 p.m. No flowers. Arrangements by Moanalua Mortuary.
