• Changes made to the state's Act 221, which allows tax credits for technology, and intentions of the 2004 Legislature underlying these changes are among topics to be discussed at the next in a series of ThinkTechHawaii summer discussions on copyright law and related developments. The classes are presented by ThinkTechHawaii and Pacific New Media, in cooperation with the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawai'i.
