In an effort to increase participation, Aloha Section PGA apprentices in good standing are now eligible to enter the Big Island Candies Scotch 4-Ball Tournament on a trial basis.

This year's event is scheduled for March 21-22 at the Hapuna Golf Course on the Big Island. The team entry fee is $300.

Supporting juniors: The Hawai'i State Junior Golf Association is sponsoring a session called "Supporting Your Junior On and Off the Course," April 28 at the Cameron Center Auditorium in Wailuku, Maui.

Conducted by Pia Nilsson and Lynn Marriott, the program will begin at 5:30 p.m.

The fee is $35 (2 for $50 and 3 for $75) for HSJGA members and $45 (2 for $80) for non-members.

For more information, call the Aloha Section PGA office at 593-2230.
