COOK'S TIPS
Rinse those beans gently in the can

To rinse canned beans thoroughly without damaging them, place the unopened can in the sink upside down and use a can opener to punch three or four holes in the bottom of the can. Turn the can over and open the top. Then hold the can under cool running water until it runs clear from the can.
