MICHAEL HENRY LYONS II, a longtime banker and community leader, has died. He was 67. Lyons died Friday at his Maui home, friends and family members said. The cause of death wasn't specified. See story.

Retired Col. BOB W. FARLEY, 73, of Waltham, Mass., died March 22, 2003. Born in Caldwell, Idaho. United States Marine Corps pilot. Survived by wife, Joan; sons, Shal and Christopher; sister, Jacquelyn Rivenburg; five grandchildren. Burial 1 p.m. Thursday at The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific; celebration of life to follow at Christopher Farley residence, Kailua. TOSHIO KAKAZU, 87, of Honolulu, died March 11, 2004. Born in Na'alehu, Hawai'i. Retired Oahu Transport Co. mechanic.
