Tonight's Must-See

"Friends" (7 and 7:30 p.m.) and "Dateline" (8 p.m.), NBC. NBC wants everyone in a frenzy for tomorrow's "Friends" finale. So it reruns the two most recent episodes. Then "Dateline" takes a look at the show.

"American Idol," 7:30 p.m., Fox. Tonight, the field is trimmed to four.

Of Note

"My Wife and Kids," 7 p.m., ABC. In the first episode, Michael's wife hires a maid (Betty White), who turns out to be good at everything. In the second, a rerun, his son moves into a seedy apartment.

"Live from Lincoln Center," 8 p.m., PBS. A dance gala with Mikhail Baryshnikov, tenor Placido Domingo and trumpeter Wynton Marsalis.

"The O.C.," 8 p.m., Fox. The season wraps up with Julie and Caleb's wedding.
